04 / BUILD YOUR NEXT WEB PRODUCT

Custom Web Apps, Client Portals & Dashboards

Your service. Ready for your customers.

Launch a web service your customers can use — and subscribe to.

I build customer portals, subscription-based SaaS products and interactive dashboards with client accounts, access permissions and payment integrations. I also create internal applications for the people running your business.

Tell me who will use the application, what it should help them do and how you plan to offer it. We’ll agree on a useful first version before you order.

BUILT AROUND THE PEOPLE USING IT

Create value for customers.
Make work easier for teams.

Whether you are launching a paid web product, giving clients access to reports or improving an internal process, the application should fit its users and your business goals.

Customer & client portals

Give customers their own accounts to access services, submit information, manage requests and follow progress. Build the experience around what your clients need to accomplish.

Subscription-based SaaS products

Turn your service or business idea into a web product customers can pay to use. Connect subscription plans, billing and access rules to the features your product offers.

Dashboards for clients or teams

Let clients explore their results through interactive charts, filters and detailed reports, or give your own team a clear view of sales, inventory and operations.

TWO WAYS TO START

A web product people can use.
Reports they can explore.

Choose the service closest to your goal. If the project needs both, send the full brief through either gig and we’ll scope it together on Fiverr.

Custom web application development

For customer portals, SaaS platforms, booking services and internal applications. Let users manage records, submit requests, access your service or complete a business workflow.

Customer accounts, separate client workspaces, paid subscriptions, integrations and an admin interface can be included. Django, FastAPI or Flask with React, Vue or JavaScript are selected to fit the project.

Plotly Dash dashboard development

For client-facing analytics portals as well as internal reporting: let customers explore their own results, or help your team monitor KPIs, sales, inventory and operations.

Combine CSV or Excel files, APIs and databases in interactive reports. Charts, filters, date ranges and detailed views help users answer their own questions. Login and paid access can be scoped where needed.

ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOWS

From your business idea
to a useful user experience.

Illustrative examples. Your workflow, data and requirements determine the scope.

From a service idea to a paid web product

  1. Customer creates an account
  2. Chooses a subscription plan
  3. Payment activates access
  4. Uses the included features

For a business selling access to an online tool, data service or specialist application.

From static client reports to an interactive portal

  1. Import or refresh source data
  2. Prepare each client’s dataset
  3. Client signs in
  4. Explores charts, filters and reports

For an agency or service provider that wants clients to explore their own results without requesting another spreadsheet.

From spreadsheets to an internal app

  1. Import current records
  2. Validate and assign work
  3. Review or approve
  4. Track status and export

For a team that needs a shared process with clear responsibility instead of repeatedly emailing files.

CONNECTED TO YOUR BUSINESS

Customer accounts.
Subscriptions. Clear access rules.

A customer-facing application needs more than public pages. We agree how people sign in, what belongs to each client and how a subscription affects access.

Client accounts & separate workspaces

Give customers their own accounts and define what each user can view or change. Separate client workspaces keep customer data and reports available to the appropriate people.

Account management, invitations, user roles and an administrative view can be included according to the product’s needs.

For a standalone connection between systems, see Python API integration and data synchronization.

Paid plans & subscription access

Integrate a suitable payment provider so customers can subscribe to your service. Connect billing status to the features or reports included in each plan.

We define trials, plan changes, cancellations, failed payments and access after a subscription ends. Payment-provider fees and hosting costs are separate from development.

A FOCUSED FIRST VERSION

Agree on the result.
Build it in useful steps.

Start with the core customer journey, paid feature or internal workflow. We can discuss later phases without making the first release unnecessarily complicated.

1. Review the real process

Share your intended users, service idea or current process, data sources and revenue model. We identify the essential screens, actions and metrics.

2. Build and check together

Agree on scope through Fiverr, then review the interface and business rules against representative data and the intended user roles.

3. Deploy and hand over

Receive source code and setup guidance. Docker, AWS or VPS deployment can be included; hosting and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful answers.

Can you build a portal or dashboard for my clients?

Yes. I build customer-facing applications as well as internal tools. A portal can give each client an account, a separate workspace, relevant reports and actions, with permissions defining which data they can view or change.

Can customers pay for access through a subscription?

Yes. Payment-provider integration, recurring subscriptions and access tied to an active plan can be included. We agree on plans, billing events, upgrades, cancellations and what happens to access when a payment fails. Provider availability and fees depend on the service and your business location.

Do I need a web application or a dashboard?

A dashboard helps people explore data, compare results and monitor KPIs. A business application helps people carry out work, such as submitting requests, approving changes or managing records. If you need both, we can scope a shared application with reporting.

Can you turn an existing spreadsheet or script into a web app?

Yes. Send the current process, a representative sample and the steps users need to perform. We review the calculations, validation and access rules before planning an interface.

What data can a dashboard use?

Dashboards can use CSV or Excel files, APIs and databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. We agree how sources are combined, how metrics are calculated and how often data should refresh.

Can different users have different access?

Yes. Accounts and permissions can be scoped so team members, managers and clients see the information and actions appropriate to their roles.

Can you improve an existing application?

Yes. I can review an existing Python, React, Vue or Plotly Dash application and scope new features, fixes or modernization around its current code and deployment.

What is included in delivery?

The agreed scope includes source code, testing of the main workflows and setup instructions. Deployment, hosting costs and ongoing maintenance are discussed on Fiverr before you order.

How do we start?

Send a short brief through either Fiverr gig: who will use the application, what customers or staff should be able to do, your data sources, any subscription model and example screens or reports. I review the requirements and confirm scope before you order.
